Sacrifice is the virtue governing selflessness and service.

Ability Scores: Constituion / Intelligence

Skills: Bluff, Heal, Spellcraft

Sense: Detect illusions within 60-feet.

Deeds[]

As shown on table: virtue ranks, choose one of the following at each level if your sworn virtue is Sacrifice.

Arcane Focus (Minor): You gain +4 to concentration checks.

Arcane Reach (Minor): Your caster level is increased by 4 when determining the range of your spells.

Elemental Step (Minor): Your minimum Fire, Cold and Electricity resistance is 5, Any equipment or abilities granted by your class or race that provide resistance do not stack with this, and the higher amount is applied.

Battle Preparation (Minor): Gain +2 to initiative checks.

Mana Thirst (Major): When you take damage from a spell cast by another creature, there is a 20% chance that one point of mana is restored.

Potency (Major): The critical threat range of your spells with a touch attack or ranged touch attack component is doubled.

Righteous Mind (Major): Your mana pool is increased by 12.

Abilities[]

As shown on table: virtue ranks, choose one of the following at each level if your sworn virtue is Sacrifice.

Sanctity (Minor): As a swift action you may grant yourself fast healing 2 for one minute.

Insight (Minor): Once per round, you may divert an attack causing it to deal damage to your mana instead of your hit points. Any damage that is inflicted that exceeds your remaining mana is dealt to your hit points. Damage Reduction is increased by your Intelligence modifier for any damage that would be done to your mana pool.

Endurance (Major): Once per round, you produce a shield of force that halves the damage of a single spell or attack that hits you. You can create one shield per round but the number of shields cannot exceed your Constitution modifier.

Transcendence (Major): Once per round, you may cause any force, slash, pierce or crush damage done to you to be reduced by an amount equal to your Character Level. This does not count as damage reduction, and is applied after damage reduction, also it is applied to the total damage of all attacks taken that round and not each individual attack, unlike damage reduction.

Forfeitures[]

As shown on table: virtue ranks, choose one of the following at each level if your sworn virtue is Sacrifice.

Infirmity: You lose 2 hit points per character level.

Vulnerability: You take a -2 penalty to AC.

Frailty (Greater): Your ability scores are permanently reduced by an amount equal to your Virtue Rank split between your Strength and Dexterity any way you choose. These ability changes can not be cured.

Sloth (Greater): You do not gain a bonus (or penalty) to your Armor Class based on your Dexterity modifier.

Virtuous Power[]

Gift of Self (Su): Up to five times per day, target one creature, reduce your hit points to 1. Heal the target for an amount equal to the number of hit points you lost. If the target is dead, there is a 50% chance that they will be revived, but they take 4 points of temporary energy drain. If the target is petrified or destroyed or disintegrated, this power cannot restore them.
